What the camp contribution includes
Your camp contribution helps fund shared infrastructure, 2 trucks, storage, water, camp improvements, communal resources, and the offerings that make Casa de la Rumba feel like home in the dust.
Food and kitchen
- One daily camp dinner (8pm)
- Dinner will be a key community moment: we’ll form teams of Rumberos, each team will cook one day, and everyone will gather to share stories, make plans, and enjoy a friendly competition.
- The camp will provide a budget for each dinner team.
- A covered kitchen area with boiling and grilling sections for personal and group cooking.
Water and ice

- Fresh and grey water management for the camp.
- Note**:** if you want to shower, you need to bring your own shower water.
- Daily camp ice for water and drinks (shared cooler to freeze your fav drinks).
- Note: you still need to buy ice for your own cooler, but you can coordinate with the camp ice runs when needed.
