These are the work shifts for the week. Please, take a look at them and make sure you understand which shifts you are part of. You can find their descriptions in this page Camp Shifts Descriptions. Familiarize yourself with that page and ask any questions you may have in the WhatsApp group or during the video call we’ll have before the burn.

In order to prepare the shifts, we have taken into consideration your participation before and during the Burn so it is normal for people to have a different number of shifts. While it is not a perfect system, we think it makes a good job of balancing contributions before and during the event. If you helped with public tasks before the burn or are going to present for construction on Saturday, you can expect less or no shifts during the week. If you arrive after construction and didn’t help with any task before the burn, you should expect 2-3 shifts. Not every shift requires the same work or preparation so that is taken into account as well.

You have until the end of day Sunday, August 10 to request a change, and we’ll consider them to the best of our ability. It is pretty difficult to put the shifts together and there is not a lot of flexibility.

You are responsible for showing up for your shift and doing it correctly. We don’t want to be the bad cops, so, please, be responsible and contribute to the camp with a good shift. If you fail to do them, that’ll have a negative impact on your ability to join us again.

As a reminder, everyone needs to be present to disassemble the camp.
